As a Senior Yoga Australia teacher and former director of Fremantle Yoga Centre and Off the Wall, she has inspired countless students and teachers alike. Kate teaches from the heart, empowering women to connect deeply with themselves and their babies, trust their intuition, and birth with confidence. Known locally as the ‘baby whisperer’, she has four children of her own and is dedicated to building community, helping new mothers-to-be form lasting bonds with their growing babies, and supporting women as a Yoga Birthing Doula.
