Whether you have an established podcast or are looking to get started, our podcast recording studio is available for bookings and includes a Rodecastor pro deck and includes four microphones and headsets. Take the opportunity to share your thoughts or expand your business offering through podcasting, we’ll take the time to help you set up.

The Vitality House Boardroom accommodates 8 - 10 people, and the Vitality Works boardroom accomodates 14 people for private meetings and presentations. The meeting space is equipped with video conferencing technology via zoom rooms, wireless presentation capability, and bluetooth speaker connectivity. It features an acoustic ceiling and block-out curtain for privacy. Catering from the cafe can be arranged for all boardroom bookings.

With an emphasis on mindfulness, we offer a variety of treatments and services that will elevate feelings of joy and vitality.
Includes a private yoga and breathwork class in our tranquil Mindfulness Studio, healthy morning tea in the Wellbeing Lounge, and a team wellbeing experience: guided ice baths with pranayama breathing techniques, followed by a group singing bowl sound journey to finish.

Important Information
Boardroom bookings include Wi-Fi, printing and the room is setup for wireless presentations. We have two boardrooms, one located within Vitality House and the other at Vitality Works (both located in West Leederville). Our kitchen (on-site at Vitality House) serves fresh juices, smoothies, barista-made coffee, and a food menu that focuses on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
With the added Wellbeing Experience, you have access to our Wellbeing Lounge and luxury end of trip facilities which include towels, styling stations and amenities.
