All class bookings are made via Momence.

Our studio is open to everyone. You do not need to be a member to book a class.

Book classes

Our studio is located downstairs at Vitality House. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell at the front entrance, and a team member will let you in.

Limited parking bays are available at the front of the building. There is ample street parking nearby. Please note that Easy Park tickets are required along Southport Street from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays.

Please do not park at the rear of the building, as these bays are reserved for members and staff only. There is no doorbell or guest access via the back entrance.

Vitality House places great importance on creating a respectful, peaceful, and safe environment for all participants. Please familiarise yourself with the following guidelines to help you get the most out of your session and support the experience of others.

Please ensure you arrive before the class start time, as late entry is not permitted. When entering the studio, remove your shoes and place them in the designated cubby holes.

Glass items and mobile phones are not permitted in the studio. Apple Watches may be worn, but we ask that you switch them to 'Theatre Mode' to prevent any interruptions. Leaving class early is discouraged unless previously arranged with the teacher.

You do not need to bring your own mat or props for studio classes, as we provide all equipment to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes. If you don’t have a pair, we have them available for purchase for $22.00.

Mindfulness practices often begin in silence. Please keep conversation brief and quiet both before and after your session.

Stay focused on your own practice and avoid distractions. This is your time - we encourage you to be fully engaged and present throughout.

We recommend speaking with your doctor or midwife before attending hot mat classes during pregnancy. Our classes use infrared heaters and are heated to approximately 30°C, which may increase body temperature and can feel more intense during pregnancy. For your safety and comfort, we recommend avoiding hot classes during pregnancy unless your healthcare professional has specifically cleared you to participate.

To ensure fair access to classes for all members, the following policy applies to all bookings made under Intro Offers, Class Packs, and Memberships.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

No-Show: Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling will incur a $20 no-show fee.

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
