  • Vinyasa is our staple yoga practice, blending asana, pranayama, and meditation in a dynamic flow of breath and movement. Expect a grounding, meditative practice that builds strength, connection to self and flexibility.

    Suitable for all levels. The room is gently warmed to no more than 30°C using far-infrared heating panels.

  • Mat Pilates is a low-impact, dynamic practice that builds core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through precise, controlled movement. Using body weight and supportive props, the class develops stability, mobility, and alignment.

  • A slow Yin practice featuring long-held postures that work deeply into fascia, joints, and connective tissue. Gentle lymphatic techniques are incorporated throughout the practice to encourage circulation and release. Each class closes with Yoga Nidra or meditation for deep rest.

  • Our signature "Burn & Breathe" class, led by Rachel from About The Body, is a dynamic fusion of 45 minutes of Pilates followed by 15 minutes of breathwork.

    The first portion of the class focuses on sculpting and toning your body through strength-building Pilates exercises, while enhancing flexibility and mobility. The second portion shifts focus to intentional breathwork, allowing you to release tension, increase relaxation, and cultivate mental clarity.

    By integrating conscious breathing into the practice, you’ll deepen your connection to each movement, improve oxygen flow, and promote a sense of calm and balance.

  • Our breathwork blends pranayama with modern techniques to restore vitality and balance. Exploring the full range of the breath strengthens the respiratory system while cultivating awareness. Each session supports nervous system regulation, guiding the body into its parasympathetic state and deep restoration.

  • A gentle practice combining asana, breath, and meditation through a flowing sequence of postures. Slower than Vinyasa, allowing space to stretch the body, soften into the practice, and connect with the breath.

  • This class blends breathwork and meditation to support vitality and inner calm. By exploring the full range of the breath, we strengthen the respiratory system while cultivating awareness. As we anchor attention in the breath, the practice becomes a form of meditation, calming the mind while regulating the body and gently guiding the nervous system into rest and digest.

  • A full-body Pilates practice designed to strengthen, lengthen, and realign the body. Using the reformer, props, and controlled movement, this class builds core stability, muscle tone, posture, and flexibility.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • Unwind and release with our Reformer Stretch class - a gentle, restorative session designed to lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and ease tension throughout the body.

    Using the support and resistance of the Pilates reformer, you’ll move through slow, flowing stretches that target common areas of tightness such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine.

    This class is perfect for those looking to increase mobility, recover from intense training, or simply enjoy mindful movement in a calm, supportive setting.

These boutique classes held within Vitality House are open to everyone. Located within our members' club in West Leederville, providing an opportunity for guests to enjoy our tranquil mindfulness studio and incredible teachers weekly.
