Vitality House is a members-only community for our cowork, wellbeing and recovery spaces. The exception is our studio classes (yoga, pilates, breathwork), which are open to everyone; you don't need to be a member to book a class.

Membership starts with a short form, followed by a visit to meet the team and tour the space. From there, you choose the membership that suits you; you can start the process on our membership page.

We only accept a limited number of memberships each year to protect the experience and community for existing members. Applications are reviewed to ensure they're the right fit for both sides.

Vitality House (Southport St) is our cowork lounge and wellbeing hub. Vitality Works (Oxford Close) is our dedicated workspace for members wanting a dedicated desk or private suite, more like a traditional office replacement.

All members get access to the Vitality House community, invitations to member events, the ability to book meeting rooms, the boardroom and the podcast studio, member rates on wellbeing services and classes, and access to the café and lounge.

Yes, we have on-site parking. There's also ample street parking and several all-day parking options around West Leederville.

Yes, we're an easy walk from two train stations: Leederville Station and West Leederville Station.

Infrared sauna, ice baths, steam shower and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, alongside member rates on treatments like acupuncture.

Yes, our Corporate Membership is designed for businesses, offering a professional address, mail handling, meeting room access, quarterly team strategy days with wellbeing experiences, and community invitations.

No we do not offer casual day passes. We've deliberately kept it this way to build a genuine community, rather than a revolving door of one-off visitors. The best way to experience Vitality House first is to book a tour or start the membership application. If you're just after a class, no membership is needed - our studio is open to everyone.

Yes, Corporate members receive quarterly team strategy days paired with restorative wellbeing experiences, and this can also be arranged as a one-off for teams.
